SMHC/SMCH Employees, including SMHC APPs:
User ID is your SMHC/SMCH employee number with 1 or 2 leading zeros to make it 6 digits total. For SHC employee number 55555, the user ID would be 055555.
SMHC Attending Physicians, Residents, Fellows, Med Students, and non-SMHC APPs:
User ID and Password is md- plus your 6 digit ID/Dictation number (add leading zeroes if your number is not 6 digits). For dictation number 123, the User ID and Password would be md-000123.
SMHC/SMCH Contractors, Volunteers:
Contact your supervisor to obtain your user ID and password.
SMP (Stanford Medicine Partners) Employees and Contingent Workers:
Your HealthStream User ID is your Workday Employee ID (Example - 50010). The Initial password (unless you have already updated yours) is Training23!
SMP-Affiliated Clinicians from MMC (Menlo), UMG, and UMP:
Please use your md-dictation number (e.g., md-999999) as your User ID and, Training23! as your initial, temporary password - unless you have already changed it. Most accounts for our MMC/UMG/UMP clinicians use this User ID across multiple Stanford Health Care entities - as a shared, single User ID. A small number of our MMC/UMG/UMP clinicians may use their SID as the User ID.
