To login as a student: enter the user ID & password that has been provided to you. Typically your HealthStream user ID will be your Providence employee ID number. 

If you don't know your Providence employee number, please contact your Core Leader.

Is the user ID you entered your own?
Violating policy by accessing computers using someone else's security credentials (or allowing them to use yours) can lead to disciplinary action. 
Each person is responsible for their own HealthStream education.
