If you are a Summa employee, your user ID is your Summa employee number.  

If you are a non-employee physician or other Licensed Independent Practitioner your user ID is your NPI number.

The initial default password is "Summa123!". You should be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.  Password requirements will be provided and your new password must conform to all requirements.  Please also add a password reminder to help you recall what your new password is.  There is a link on the login page to display your password reminder if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU ARE A NEW EMPLOYEE DO NOT LOGIN AND COMPLETE ANY ASSIGNED COURSEWORK BEFORE YOUR OFFICIAL FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT!!!
