Your Associate ID number will be your User ID and the INITIAL password. You will be prompted to change your password upon your initial login.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length, contain mixed-case letters (at least 1 capitalized letter), at least 1 number, and at least 1 symbol (!#$%).

Passwords cannot contain the user ID.

Password reminders cannot contain the password.
