If you are a Summa employee, your user ID is your Summa employee number.  

If you are a non-employee physician or other LIP your user ID is your NPI number.

The initial default password is "12345." You should be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.  Your password should be a minimum of 4 characters and is case sensitive.  Please also add a password reminder to help you recall what your new password is.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE A NEW EMPLOYEE DO NOT LOGIN AND COMPLETE ANY ASSIGNED COURSEWORK BEFORE YOUR OFFICIAL FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT!!!
