User ID* is the first three letters of your last name and the last four digits of your SSN (ex. doe1234). Some vendors may have "v-" in front of their login, (ex: v-doe1234).

*Baptist employees hired after June 1, 2017: User ID is 6 digit employee number.

First Time Log In (all users):

• Default password is baptist (case sensitive). You will be prompted to change your password and then log in again to access your account.
• Check your student profile to ensure all information is correct, including licensure info* and email address.
• Set up a 'Password Reminder' for your account.

*Correct licensure information is required in order to receive the appropriate continuing education (CE) credit for applicable courses/activities.
