Your Healthstream User ID is your Employee Number (from your badge), with preceding zeros to make 7 digits.  Examples:

• If your employee number is 3456, your Healthstream ID is 0003456.
• If your employee number is 000012345, your Healthstream ID is 0012345

Your Password upon your first login will be: Password2!

Once you log into the system you will be prompted to change your password. If you forget your password, click the link "Forgot Your Password?" to reset it.

When you click on "Forgot your password?" you will get a link to use.  Some computers in patient care areas have the right click option disabled. To bypass - highlight the link, press and hold the CTRL + C keys to copy the link. Go to a new browser window and click into the web address field.  Press and hold the CTRL + V keys to paste the link, then press Enter.
