• Your User ID = your Piedmont Employee ID# (the same as your PeopleSoft ID #)
• At first login your password will be Wer1pdmt
If you are unable to log into Piedmont University because you are receiving the message “there are no active affiliations for this user ID,” this indicates that your profile status is “On Leave.” You must contact your Leave Coordinator to confirm you have received clearance to return to work and that your employee record is active. Once your status is updated in PeopleSoft, you will have access to Piedmont Univ the following day. (Please note: even if your leave of absence was not recent, you will still need to contact the Leave Coordinator to update this information in the system.)
