Welcome to the ChildServe Learning Center. You are encouraged to use the ChildServe Learning Center as a personal development tool. Please confirm with your supervisor which courses will be assigned and completed for compensation as part of your job duties. 

First-time user

Your USER ID is the same as your ChildServe ID which is the set of six letters printed on your employee badge.  The USER ID is not case sensitive. 

The default password is childserve (all lower case and all one word). After using childserve one time, you will be directed to change your password to letters and/or numbers that only you know.

Please use the Password Reminder under Account Settings and secure your password in a safe place. The PASSWORD is case sensitive.

Account locked
Your account will be locked for 30 minutes after 5 failed attempts to log in. If you lock yourself out of your account, please wait 30 minutes and try again.

Forgot password
If you forget your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.
