To log in enter the USER ID (for Premier Health employees it is your badge number) and password that has been provided to you. **School students please contact your school instructor if you have issues logging in.**

To submit a ticket, access ServiceNow through Inside Premier by clicking the Quick Links drop down. A member of the LS Team will respond and follow-up using the ServiceNow process. Passwords cannot contain the user ID. Passwords must be eight
(8) or more characters in length. Passwords must include a combination of all
of the following four characteristics: upper case, lower case, numeric and
non-alpha numeric special symbols (!,#,$,% are all examples of this).
Password reminders cannot contain the password.
The account will lock after five(5) failed log in attempts.
The locked account will automatically unlock after 5 minutes.
Every 90 days you will be prompted to change your HealthStream password.
