Your User ID
If you are a colleague, your User ID is your colleague number (no initials, only numbers).
If you are not a colleague, please use the ID that was provided to you. Contact us if you're unsure what that is.
Your Password
If you are having trouble logging in, click "Forgot Your Password." Enter your User ID and click Submit (don't enter anything in the email field). If you have an email associated with your account, you will receive a system-generated email with a link to reset your password. Please Note: If you don't receive an email, or need other assistance, please contact us.
Locked Out?
The system will automatically lock you out after 5 failed attempts. The system will automatically unlock your account after 15 minutes.
