Use everything before the @ sign in your Outlook address as BOTH your user ID and your Password.

Example:

John Smith: email address is jsmith@bidplymouth.org:

ID = jsmith and Password = jsmith.

Note: any new passwords YOU create will be CASE SENSITIVE.

Milton Employees:

Use your Milton username and add "MLT". Ex: "MLTAMORRISO" 

Your first time password is Milton#1
