As of October 16, 2023, Healthstream will have more stringent password requirements for updated passwords.
Passwords should:

• Be at least 8 characters in length
• Include a combination of upper and lower case letters
• Contain at least 1 number
• Contain at least one symbol such as !@$%&

To utilize the Password Reminder function, users must first create a reminder on the Manage Passwords screen.

Note: Too many password attempts will result in a lock out of your account for 15 minutes. Even with a password reset you will remain locked out for 15 minutes.

Employees (including providers employed by Inova)
User ID = Employee ID number

Non-Employees: 
Medical Staff: P plus Provider Number
Medical Students: MS plus Provider Number
Virginia Heart: VH plus Virginia Heart User Name
Other: Use User ID provided to you.
Initial Password for all = Inova1
