Passwords must by a minimum of 8 characters and contain:

• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 lowercase letter
• 1 number
• 1 symbol (ex: !, #, $, %)

Note: Too many password attempts will result in a lock out of your account for 15 minutes. Even with a password reset you will remain locked out for 15 minutes.

To utilize the Password Reminder function, users must first create a reminder on the Manage Passwords screen.

Employees (including providers employed by Inova)
User ID = Employee ID number

Non-Employees: 
Medical Staff: P plus Provider Number
Medical Students: MS plus Provider Number
Virginia Heart: VH plus Virginia Heart User Name
Other: Use User ID provided to you.
Initial Password for all = Inova1
